NHM Undergraduate Scholarship Application-S20 | Nutrition and Hospitality Management

The application must be fully completed to be considered. Before you fill out the form, get your unofficial transcript and essay ready in a PDF format to be attached. You will also need a name and email address of reference who is willing to write a recommendation letter for you. If you are applying for more than one scholarship, just select all scholarships that apply below and fill out only one application; however, you are required to write all the essays you are applying for. You will also need just one recommendation letter, meaning you notify him/her what scholarships you are applying for and ask only one letter. The letter of recommendation will be directly requested by the Scholarship Committee Chair through email when you submit the application. If awarded, you must be present at the NHM Honors Reception or the award will be forfeited.
