Dru Jones, a chef by trade, is the Food Specialist in the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management.  Chef Jones completed his studies at Johnson and Wales University, earning an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts and a BS in Food Service Management.  Building upon a restaurant management and food service background that has spanned across the United States, his interests focus on sharing the science behind food preparation and cooking,streamlining processes, business operations, and hospitality financial systems while instilling great interest and drive in those learning nutrition and hospitality management
