Katie Marzzarella is a first-year master’s student in the Coordinated Program of Dietetics in the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi and graduate assistant with the Institute of Child Nutrition. Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science at Brigham Young University and her research interests include child nutrition education programs and eating disorders.
