Margaret “Maggie” Larsen is a first-year master’s student and member of the Coordinated Program in the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi. She received her BS in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi in 2019 and is currently a graduate assistant for the University of Mississippi Nutrition Clinic.
