	Dr. Tanya Ruetzler, Associate Professor Over 20 years of industry management in a variety of foodservice and hotel settings, including independent and causal theme restaurants and hotels sales and catering operations. Research interests in cross-cultural perceptions of hospitality service, hospitality human resources, wine marketing and consumer behavior, and perceptions of tourism development. Industry involvement through class projects, research, and consulting.
