Dr. Cindy Choi, Assistant Professor

Dr. Hyun-Woo (David) Joung, Assistant Professor

2 years of industry experience in a military foodservice

Research interests in restaurant service management, consumer behavior, and human resource management

Dr. Mary Roseman, Professor and UG HM Program Director

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 19 years of industry experience in foodservice management, marketing and human resources with national restaurant chain and university

Research interests in consumer behavior in nutrition and food safety in industry and home targeting school age children to seniors; employee behavior in management, leadership, and human resources

Strong industry and professional ties through employment, board/officer/memberships in organizations, and consulting projects with a variety of industries

 

Dr. Tanya Ruetzler, Associate Professor

Over 20 years of industry management in a variety of foodservice and hotel settings, including independent and causal theme restaurants and hotels sales and catering operations.

Research interests in cross-cultural perceptions of hospitality service, hospitality human resources, wine marketing and consumer behavior, and perceptions of tourism development.

Industry involvement through class projects, research, and consulting.
